Thermal Deburring Systems (TEM) Control Concept and Safety The TEM-P80 and TEM-P350 deburring systems have a standard, modern control concept. A powerful industrial PC with integrated Soft PLC to take over control functions is at the core of the control system in each version. This provides the highest process reliability and reproducibility of deburring results. Convenient database administration of process parameters for machining various workpieces, which can be simply called up in the control during change-overs. Shift-dependent quantities, cycle times, and operating hours are recorded, evaluated, and stored in the control. Thanks to graphical process visualization, users can track process progression, such as the switching states of the gas valves, on a 15“ color display. The newly developed gas metering technology ensures that the deburring chamber is filled with the same amount of gas mixture during each machining cycle. An extremely sophisticated safety concept offers users the highest level of safety. The entire installation and system is continuously monitored for malfunctions.
